摘 要:对短切玻纤(GF)增强聚丙烯(PP)激光焊接性能的影响因素进行了研究,分别考察了焊接工艺、基体树脂、成核剂、短切GF及含量和色粉对GF增强PP透光率和焊接后的剪切应力的影响。结果表明,质量分数20%的GF增强PP较优的焊接工艺为焊接功率25 W、焊接速度20 mm/s;以均聚PP为基体时,GF增强PP的透光率为74.3%~75.5%,焊接后的剪切应力为770~915 N;以共聚PP为基体时,短切GF增强PP焊接后的透光率为56.1%~56.2%,剪切应力为1100~1200 N;随着短切GF含量的增加,短切GF增强PP焊接后的剪切应力呈先增加后降低的趋势,短切GF直径降低有利于短切GF增强PP焊接后的剪切应力和透光率的提升;成核剂的添加对短切GF增强PP的透光率和焊接后的剪切应力无明显影响;添加红色粉和黄色粉的短切GF增强PP均具有较高的透光率和焊接后的剪切应力,添加酞箐蓝和酞箐绿的短切GF增强PP的透光率和焊接后的剪切应力较低。The factors influence on the laser welding performance of short glass fiber(GF)reinforced polypropylene(PP)were studied.The effects of laser welding process,matrix resin,nucleating agent,short GF and its content and toner on the transmittance and post-welding shear stress of short GF reinforced PP were investigated.The results show that the best welding process of 20wt%short GF reinforced PP are welding power of 25 W and welding speed of 20 mm/s.Homo-PP as matrix resin,the transmittance of short GF reinforced PP is 74.3%–75.5%,and the shear stress after welding is 770–915 N.When co-PP is used as the matrix,the transmittance is 56.1%–56.2%,and the shear stress after welding is 1100–1200 N.With the increase of the content of short GF,the shear stress after welding of short GF reinforced PP increases first and then decreases,and the reduction of the diameter of short GF is conducive to the improvement of the shear stress after welding and transmittance.The addition of nucleating agent has no obvious effect on the transmittance and shear stress after welding of short GF reinforced PP.The transmittance and shear stress after welding of short GF reinforced PP with red and yellow toner are higher,and the transmittance and shear stress after welding of short GF reinforced PP with phthalocyanide blue and phthalocyanide green are lower.
