摘  要:通过对退运交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘层径向不同位置抗老化剂含量分布及其老化情况进行分析,探究了退运电缆绝缘层的老化特性,建立了电缆绝缘层抗老化剂含量分布模型。结果表明,相较于电缆绝缘层的外层和内层,退运电缆绝缘层中层的热氧老化程度小,电气强度大,绝缘层在径向上的老化程度存在差异,且这种差异性随电缆运行年限的增加表现为先增大后减小的趋势。在电缆运行过程中,老化因子在绝缘层不同位置的作用程度不同,外层和内层受到老化因子的作用更明显,这导致外层和内层中抗老化剂的消耗速率快于中层,从而导致绝缘层径向上老化差异的出现。建立的电缆绝缘层抗老化剂含量分布模型,可以为应用电缆绝缘层修复技术提升运行电缆的绝缘性能提供帮助。The aging characteristics of retired crosslinked polyethylene cable insulation were studied by analyzing the content distribution of anti-aging agent and the aging condition in different radial positions of cable insulation,and the distribution model of anti-aging agent content was established.The results show that compared with the outer and inner layers of insulation,thermal oxygen aging degree of the middle insulation is smaller,and the electrical strength is larger.There is difference in the aging degree of insulation in radial direction,and this difference increases first and then decreases with the increase of the operating time of the cable.The aging factors have different effects on different positions of insulation during cable operation,and the outer and inner insulation are more affected by aging factors,which lead to the consumption rate of anti-aging agent in the outer and inner insulation is faster than that in the middle insulation,resulting in the radial aging difference of insulation.The established distribution model of antiaging agent content in cable insulation can be helpful for improving the insulation performance of running cables by applying cable insulation repair technology.
