摘  要:将无氯氟化学发泡剂CFA9001L与环戊烷(CP)复配作为复配发泡剂用于制备硬质聚氨酯泡沫,应用在冷柜保温夹层中,考察了4种复配发泡剂配比对硬质聚氨酯泡沫的表观密度、热导率、尺寸稳定性、压缩强度、闭孔率和流动指数的影响。结果表明,制备的4种硬质聚氨酯泡沫的表观密度相近,与仅加入CP的硬质聚氨酯泡沫相比,CFA9001L与CP复配制备的硬质聚氨酯泡沫的尺寸稳定性更好、闭孔率更高、压缩强度更大、热导率更低,但是流动性变差。当CFA9001L与CP的质量比为3∶5时,制备的硬质聚氨酯泡沫的热导率最低,为19.93 mW/(m·K),较仅加入CP制备的硬质聚氨酯泡沫的热导率降低6.2%,并且催化剂用量可节约26.7%。The non-chlorine and non-fluorine chemical foaming agent CFA9001L and cyclopentane(CP)were compounded as a combination foaming agent to prepare rigid polyurethane foam,which was applied in the insulation interlayer of refrigerators.The effects of four compound foaming agent ratios on the apparent density,thermal conductivity,dimensional stability,compression strength,closed porosity and flow index of the rigid polyurethane foam were investigated.The results show that the apparent density of the prepared four kinds of rigid polyurethane foams are similar,compared with the rigid polyurethane foam prepared only with CP,the rigid polyurethane foam produced by the compounding system of CFA9001L and CP have better dimensional stability,higher closed porosity,higher compression strength and lower thermal conductivity,but the flowability is getting worse.The lowest thermal conductivity is 19.93 mW/(m·K)when CFA9001L is compounded with CP at the mass ratio of 3∶5,which is 6.2%lower than that of the rigid polyurethane foam prepared only with CP,and the amount of catalyst can be saved by 26.7%.
