摘　　要：烟草使用是世界范围内导致疾病和过早死亡的主要可预防原因,帮助吸烟者戒烟成为减轻个体健康危害的重要手段。随着互联网和智能设备的普及,实时视频咨询作为一种新型戒烟方式,展现出其独特优势。我们对实时视频咨询在戒烟人群中应用的研究进展进行综述,旨在为探索我国吸烟者有效戒烟的新路径提供参考依据。Tobacco use is the leading preventable cause of disease and premature death worldwide,and helping smokers to quit smoking is an important means of mitigating harm to an individual’s health.With the popularization of the Internet and smart devices,real-time video consultation as a new smoking cessation method has shown its unique advantages.We reviewed the research progress of the application of real-time video consultation in smoking cessation population,aiming to provide a reference for exploring new paths for Chinese smokers to effectively quit smoking.
