摘 要:欧洲研究型大学联盟成员图书馆充分发挥慕课平台的技术优势与资源优势,通过系统识别用户阅读偏好开展团队式、智能化阅读咨询,保障用户实时获取阅读信息,打造阅读素养学习闭环,极大提高了慕课阅读服务效能。我国高校图书馆应借鉴其经验,创建兼具深度与广度的慕课阅读用户画像,推进多点联动的社区化慕课阅读参考咨询,提供面向信息共享的慕课阅读资源发现服务,打造基于慕课平台的阅读素养学习工作闭环。The member libraries of League of European Research Universities give full play to the technical and resource advantages of the MOOC platform, identify users’ reading preferences through the system, carry out team-based and intelligent reading consultations, ensure that users can obtain reading information in real time, and create a closed loop of reading literacy learning, it greatly improves the efficiency of MOOC reading services. Chinese university libraries should draw on the experience, create user portraits of MOOC reading with depth and breadth, promote multi-point linkage of community-based MOOC reading reference consultation, provide MOOC resource discovery service for information sharing, build the closed loop of reading literacy learning and working based on MOOC platform.
