摘 要:立式连续退火炉内各段的加热以及冷却方式各不相同,计算宽幅带钢在连续退火炉内的温度场对改善带钢连续退火工艺具有重要意义。针对该问题,基于热平衡法,以时间参量为迭代步长,同时进行宽带钢边部修正的网格划分,建立了基于变步长策略的宽带钢连退温度场预测模型;利用实测数据进行预测仿真,并与等步长计算方法进行了对比,其计算精度与计算速度分别提高了36.25%和23.66%,验证了变步长宽带钢连退温度场预测方法的准确性,可为现场连退生产提供指导意义。The heating and cooling methods of each section in the vertical continuous annealing furnace are different. Calculating the temperature field of wide strip in the continuous annealing furnace is of great significance to improve the continuous annealing process of strip. To solve this problem, based on the heat balance method, taking the time parameter as the iterative step, and carrying out the grid division of the edge correction of the wide strip at the same time, the prediction model of the continuous annealing temperature field of the wide strip based on the variable step size strategy was established. The prediction simulation was carried out by using the measured data, and compared with the equal step calculation method, its calculation accuracy and calculation speed were improved by 36.25% and 23.66% respectively. The accuracy of the temperature field prediction method of variable step size of continuous annealing wide strip was verified, which can provide guiding significance for on-site continuous annealing production.
