摘 要:为了降低燃气消耗及氮氧化物排放,针对连续退火炉现有工况条件及燃烧系统在低负荷条件下存在燃烧效率低、能源损耗大的问题,在原有比例控制模式的基础上引入数字脉冲(ON-OFF)控制模式,综合两种控制模式的优点,对退火炉燃烧系统进行了改进及控制模式优化,实现了不同热负荷情况下控制模式的切换,提高了燃烧系统的加热效率,同时环保效果显著。实践结果表明:与单纯比例控制相比,改造后的加热区助燃空气总量下降了25%,燃气消耗降低了7.2%,氮氧化物排放平均值降低了20 mg/m^(3)。连续退火炉脉冲-比例复合燃烧控制模式实际应用取得了良好的节能环保效果,可持续发展前景广阔。In order to reduce gas consumption and NOemission, aiming at the operating condition of continuous annealing furnace and the problems of low combustion efficiency and large energy loss existing in the combustion system under low load conditions, the ON-OFF control mode was introduced on the basis of the original modulating control mode. Combining the advantages of two control modes, the combustion system of annealing furnace was improved and the control mode was optimized, which realized the switching of the control mode under different heat loads, improved the heating efficiency of the combustion system, and had remarkable environmental protection effects. The practice results show that compared with the modulating control, the total amount of combustion air in the reformed heating zone is reduced by 25%, the gas consumption is reduced by 7.2%, and the average value of NOemission is reduced by 20 mg/m^(3).The practical application of ON-OFF-modulating compound combustion control mode in continuous annealing furnace has achieved good energy-saving and environmental protection effects, and has broad prospects for sustainable development.
