摘　　要：区域性国家重点档案保护中心(浙江省档案馆)以浙江省数字化改革为契机,充分运用数字化技术、数字化思维、数字化认知,在建设、运行管理中对保护中心的体制机制、组织架构、方式流程、手段工具等运行管理过程中涉及的要素进行全方位、系统性构建。本文结合“整体智治”的发展要求和发展理念,对区域性国家重点档案保护中心整体智治策略与路径开展探索研究,期望在运行实践中为高质量发展提供方案和经验。The regional conservation center for the country main archives(Zhejiang Archives)takes the digital reform as an opportunity,to use digital technology,digital thinking and digital cognition to reconstruct the whole process and all aspects.Combined with the development requirements and concept of"holistic smart governance",this paper explores and reseaches the holistic smart governance strategies and paths of the regional conservation center for the country main archives,and provides solutions and experience for high-quality development in practice.
