翻转课堂教学模式在中医院校五禽戏课程教学中的改革实践研究

摘　　要：五禽戏选项课程是中医院校体育课程中的重要教学内容之一。文章分析了当前五禽戏课程教学存在问题,探讨利用“翻转课堂”教学模式在高校五禽戏课程教学中的可行性,并提出相应解决策略。“翻转课堂”教学模式适用于高校五禽戏课堂教学,“翻转课堂”教学模式提高了学生的学习兴趣和学习效率,促进师生教与学主观能动性的发挥,提升了高校体育课堂教学融合度。The optional course of Wuqinxi is one of the important teaching contents in Physical Education courses in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of Wuqinxi,probes into the feasibility of applying the teaching mode of "flipped classroom" in the teaching of Wuqinxi in colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.The "flipped classroom" teaching model is suitable for the teaching of Wuqinxi course in colleges and universities.The "flipped classroom" teaching model improves students’ learning interest and learning efficiency,and promotes teachers and students’ subjective initiative in teaching and learning,the integration of Physical Education teaching in colleges and universities has been promoted.
