摘  要:文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法探讨在“健康中国”的背景下,健身气功·八段锦养生功理以及习练健身气功·八段锦对人体的功能作用。结果显示:习练健身气功·八段锦可防治慢性疾病,提高慢性疾病患者生活质量,调节心理促进健康。Under the background of "Healthy China",by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper discusses the health-preserving principle of Baduanjin of Health Qigong and the function of practicing Baduanjin of Health Qigong on human body.The results show that practicing Baduanjin of Health Qigong can prevent and cure chronic diseases,improve the quality of life of patients with chronic diseases,and adjust their psychology to promote their health.
