摘 要:通过循环伏安法和差示脉冲伏安法研究了恒电位法、循环伏安法(CV)阳极化或阴极化预处理玻碳电极(GCE)上肾上腺素(EP)的电化学行为。研究表明,和裸GCE相比,阳极化处理后,EP氧化还原峰电流明显增强;阴极化处理后,EP峰电流基本不变。0~2 V电位区间CV预处理GCE上EP具有优异的电流响应。优化条件下,EP在0.50~10μmol/L之间呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R^(2)为0.9978,检出限为0.10μmol/L。多巴胺(DA)、抗坏血酸(AA)、尿酸(UA)共存时,AA和UA不干扰EP的测定;但DA对EP测定产生的干扰较大。预处理电极具有良好的重现性,可用于实际样品的测定。The pretreatment effects of glassy carbon electrode(GCE)by constant potential(CP)and cyclic voltammetry(CV)on the electrochemical behavior of epinephrine(EP)were investigated by CV and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)methods.Compared with the GCE,the oxidation peak current of EP was almost the same when the GCE was negatively polarized,but obviously enhanced when the GCE was anodized.The results showed that the best electrochemical signal of EP was obtained by 0-2 V CV pretreatment.Under the optimum conditions,the linear range of EP determination was 0.50-10μmol/L with good linear correlation coefficient(R^(2)=0.9978),and the detection limit was 0.10μmol/L.When EP coexisted with dopamine(DA),ascorbic acid(AA)and uric acid(UA),AA and UA did not interfere with the determination of EP,but the interference of DA on EP was large.The pretreated GCE was used to determine the EP in real samples.
