城市女性休闲制约研究——以北京市为例

摘　　要：以北京市为例,研究了城市女性休闲参与的主要制约因素。研究表明,时间和精力制约因素对北京市女性休闲的影响最大,其次为休闲管理与服务制约、交通与设施制约、个人意识及身体制约、经济费用制约、人际制约,安全制约的影响最小。不同职业女性受个人意识及身体制约、经济费用制约、时间和精力制约、休闲管理与服务制约的影响存在显著差异。不同家庭发展阶段的女性休闲参与受个人意识及身体制约、人际制约、经济费用制约、时间和精力制约、休闲管理与服务制约的影响有显著差异。由此提出消除女性休闲制约、提高女性休闲质量的措施。This paper analyzes main factors constraining leisure activities of urban women in Beijing. Results showed that time and energy were the most important constraint factor for women leisure, followed by leisure management and service, accessibility and facilities, personal awareness and body, economic cost, and interpersonal constraint, while the security constraint was the minimum influence. There were significant differences in personal awareness and body, economic cost, time and energy, leisure management and service constraint among women leisure in different occupations. Women’s leisure participation in different family stages is significantly influenced by personal awareness and body, interpersonal constraint, economic cost, time and energy, leisure management and service constraints. Consequently, suggestions were offered to eliminate leisure constraints and improve women’s leisure quality.
