摘 要:为筛选耐盐性较强的甜瓜品种,笔者采用盆栽灌根法(300 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl)对26份不同甜瓜材料进行处理,研究盐胁迫9 d后对甜瓜幼苗生长、生理指标的影响,并利用盐害指数与隶属函数综合评价材料的耐盐性强弱。结果表明,盐胁迫可以降低植株的株高、茎粗、地上部鲜质量等生长指标;同时盐胁迫后甜瓜幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率降低,电导率、丙二醛含量升高;不同材料对盐胁迫的耐受能力存在明显差异,出现盐害症状的时间和发生盐害的程度各不相同。通过盐害指数结合隶属函数法综合评价甜瓜苗期的耐盐性,将26份不同材料划分为4大类:5份极耐盐材料,11份耐盐材料,6份中等耐盐材料,4份盐敏感材料。In order to screen melon varieties with strong salt tolerance,26 different melon accessions were treated with pot irrigation method(300 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl),to study the effects of salt stress on seedling growth and physiological indexes of melon accessions after 9 days,and the salt injury and subordination function were used to comprehensively evaluate the salt tolerance of accessions.The results show that salt stress generally reduced the growth indicators such as plant height,stem diameter,aboveground fresh weight,the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of melon seedling leaves,while it elevated the electrical conductivity and malondialdehyde content.The tolerance of different accessions to salt stress was significantiy different,and the time of occurrence of salt damage symptoms and the degree of salt damage varied.According to the salt damage index and membership function method,26 different accessions were classfied into 4 categories:5 extremely salt tolerant,11 salt tolerant,6 medium salt tolerant and 4 salt sensitive accessions.
