摘 要:单果重是西瓜[Citrullus lanatus(Thunb.)Mansf.]重要农艺性状之一,对西瓜产量提升起决定性作用。试验以大果型西瓜品种Medium为父本,小果型西瓜品种COS为母本,构建F_(1)及F_(2)群体,利用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型多世代联合分析法,分析2019~2020两年Medium、COS、F_(1)及F_(2)群体单果重遗传情况。结果表明,栽培西瓜单果重符合A-1(1MG-AD)模型,即单果重由主基因+加性-显性多基因控制,F_(2)群体主基因遗传率为64.4953%,显性效应为0.3802,加性效应为负向。试验结果为西瓜单果重主效基因定位及单果重性状改良提供理论参考。Single fruit weight is one of the important agronomic traits in watermelon[Citrullus Lanatus(Thunb.)Mansf.],which plays a decisive role in the improvement of watermelon yield.In this study,F_(1) and F_(2) populations were constructed with large fruit watermelon variety"Medium"as male parent and small fruit watermelon variety"COS"as female parent.The multi generation combined analysis method of plant quantitative trait major gene+polygene mixed genetic model was used to analyze inheritance of single fruit weight in Medium,COS,F_(1) and F_(2) populations.The results showed that the single fruit weight of watermelon accorded with A-1(1MG-AD)model,it was controlled by main gene additive+dominant polygene.The heritability of F_(2) main gene of single fruit weight was 64.4953%,the dominant effect was 0.3802,and the additive effect was negative.This experiment provides a theoretical reference for the mapping of major gene of single fruit weight and the improvement of single fruit weight traits in watermelon.
