摘 要:为探讨蛋用鹌鹑白羽基因座与黑羽基因座互作关系,试验从纯系黑羽鹌鹑和纯系北京白羽鹌鹑中随机选取公鹑2只,母鹑6只,按照1:3比例组成黑羽(♂)与白羽(♀)正交组和白羽(♂)与黑羽(♀)反交组,并作F1代自交和回交试验,每个试验组设两个重复。结果表明,位于常染色体上控制黑羽的基因座(H/h)与位于性染色体上的白化基因座位(B/b)存在互作关系,在B/b座位白化基因b纯合时(公鹑为ZbZb,母鹑为ZbW),该基因对H/h为隐性上位,鹌鹑表现白羽。黑羽基因座(H/h)和白羽基因座(B/b)互作关系涉及两个以上基因座位间的上位作用,也涉及到性染色体与常染色体之间的基因互作,此为基因互作关系新发现,也是鹌鹑羽色遗传研究新进展,具有重要遗传学意义和实践应用价值。In order to explore the interaction between white feather locus and black feather locus in layer quail, two male quails and six female quails were randomly selected from pure-bred black quails and pure-bred white quails, and the reciprocal crossing experiment groups of black quails(♂)× white quails(♀) and white quails(♂) × black quails(♀) were composed in the ratio of male to female 1:3,and the self cross and backcross tests of Fgeneration were carried out, with each experimental group containing two hybrid repeat groups in this study. The results showed that there was interaction between the locus(H/h) of black feather on autosome and the locus(B/b) of white feather on chromosome Z, When the B/b locus was recessive homozygous(ZZ, ZW), gene b was a recessive epistasis to black locus(H/h).That was, they all showed white feather. The interaction between the black feather locus(H/h) and the white feather locus(B/b) involved epistasis of between more than two gene loci, it was also involved the gene interaction between sex chromosome and autosomal. It was a new discovery of gene interaction and a new progress in the study of plumage color in quail. It has important genetic significance and practical application value.
