摘　　要：硬质合金是具有高硬度、高强度、高性能稳定性的复合材料,能够满足一定场合下塑性成形模具对于高性能材料的需求。综述了硬质合金在塑性成形模具中的应用情况,并介绍了在冲模和挤压模中应用的硬质合金的种类、牌号、性能特点和具体应用实例;总结硬质合金模具制备和加工方法及其特点;分析国内硬质合金在塑性成形模具应用中所面临的挑战,并展望了其未来的研究和发展方向。Cemented carbide,as a kind of composite material with high hardness,high strength,and high-performance stability,can meet the needs of high-performance materials for plastic forming dies in certain occasions.The application of cemented carbide in plastic forming die was reviewed,with emphasis on the types,grades,performance characteristics,and application examples of cemented carbide used in stamping die and extrusion die.The preparation and machining methods of cemented carbide die were summarized.The challenges faced by domestic cemented carbide in the application of plastic forming die were analyzed,and the future research and development trend of cemented carbide for plastic forming die was forecasted.
