摘  要:在高速挤出压缩成型过程中存在克重波动等现象,对于瓶盖实际成型的影响难以检测与量化。通过Moldex 3D分析瓶盖高速挤出压缩成型过程,对预填料克重波动、位置偏移进行模拟仿真,定量分析成型参数与制品参数,综合分析两者对生产过程的影响与溢料缺陷产生的原因,为实际生产提供理论依据,有利于高速挤出压缩瓶盖行业的发展。In the high-speed extrusion and compression moulding process,the phenomena such as weight fluctuation,which was difficult to detect and quantify its influence on the actual bottle cap forming.It analyzed the high-speed extrusion and compression molding process of bottle cap by using Moldex 3D.The parameters of product and moulding were quantitatively analyzed to simulate the weight fluctuation and position deviation of the pre-packing.Finally,the influences of the two cases on the process of moulding and the defect of overflow were obtained,which provided theoretical basis for the practical production and was conducive to the development of high-speed compression moulding of plastic bottle cap industry.
