摘 要:通过对紧固连接件螺母板的冲压工艺进行分析与计算,提出将1个冲压件和1个外六角螺母焊接在一起的传统工艺改为采用冲切外形废料、8次拉深、4次镦挤、翻边及弯曲的级进模成形的新工艺,并介绍了该制件的冲压工艺及计算过程,对计算的相应数据进行各工序图的绘制,最后将各工序图连贯在一起进行反复推敲设计制件的排样图及模具结构图,还阐述了模具结构设计的特点,并针对局部结构进行详细说明。经实践生产验证,模具结构设计合理、可靠,成形的制件质量符合设计要求、生产效率高,能满足该制件大批量生产的需求。Based on the analysis and calculation of the stamping process of the nut plate fastening connector, a new process was proposed to weld a stamping part and an outer hexagon nut together. The continuous die was designed for punching and cutting scrap, eight times drawing, four times upset extruding, flanging and bending. The stamping process and calculate process were introduced, and each process drawing was drew according to the calculated data. Then, the process diagrams were coherent together to design the layout diagram and die structure diagram of nut plate. The characteristics of die structure and the local structure were explained. After practical production verification, the die structure design was reasonable and reliable, the stamped products had good quality and high productivity, which could meet the needs of mass production.
