摘　　要：设计了1副三板模具用于玩具汽车机壳塑件的注射成型,模具采用单腔布局,设计了2个斜导柱机构用于成型塑件侧孔、侧槽的抽芯脱模。冷却设计中,使用9条冷却管道增强型腔板镶件的冷却,动模使用1条冷却管道并增设多个冷却水井,确保塑件内表面获得足够冷却。A three-plate mould was designed for forming the toy car chassis.The mould layout was a single cavity,and two inclined guide post mechanisms were designed for core pulling and demoulding of side holes and side slots of plastic parts.In the design of cooling system,nine cooling pipes were used to enhance the cooling of the cavity insert,and one cooling pipe and multiple cooling wells were used for the moving half of the mould to ensure sufficient cooling of the inner surface of the plastic parts.
