摘　　要：电热暖手器作为一种与使用者密切接触的家用电器,其质量问题直接关系到人民群众的生命和财产安全,具体危害包括人员触电危险、产品过热起发火灾、产生毒性气体等。各级质量监督管理部门组织的产品质量监督抽查结果显示,电热暖手器的产品质量问题较为突出,安全风险较大。主要体现在产品结构设计不合理、零配件质量不达标、企业虚标产品参数等。本文介绍了电热暖手器产品的结构特点,分析了行业现状和产品发展趋势,汇总了历年国家监督抽查情况,深入解析了抽查发现的不合格现象和危害,为生产企业整改不合格样品、产品质量提升提供了参考依据,为质量监管部门有效执行监管提供了技术支撑。在此基础上,给消费者提供了选购和使用指南。As a household appliance in close contact with users,the quality of electric hand warmers is directly related to the safety of people’s lives and property.The specific hazards include the danger of electric shock,fire caused by overheating of products,toxic gases,etc.The results of product quality supervision and spot check organized by quality supervision and management departments at all levels show that the product quality problems of electric hand warmers are more prominent and the safety risks are greater.It is mainly reflected in the unreasonable design of product structure,the quality of spare parts is not up to standard,and the enterprise virtual standard product parameters.This paper introduces the structure characteristics of electrothermal hand warmers,analysis of the current situation of industry and product development trend,summarizes the historical country selectives examination,deeply analyzes the spot checks found unqualified phenomenon and harm,corrective unqualified samples for manufacture enterprises,product quality improvement with reference basis for the quality supervision department provides technical support execution of effective supervision.On this basis,it provides consumers with a guide to choose and use.
