摘  要:通过对新版电冰箱国家标准GB/T 8059-2016《冷冻能力测试要求和判定方法》进行解读,并对检测手法进行研究,分析得出影响风冷冰箱冷冻能力大小的主要因素有冷冻负载位置的选择、冷冻负载包平均厚度、冷冻负载降温过程中化霜时间三个方面。针对这些主要因素提出相应的改进措施和方案,同时选择一款具有代表性的风冷冰箱进行测试,验证冷冻能力提升的可行性和有效性。By interpreting the requirements and judgment methods of the new national standard GB/T 8059-2016 for refrigerators,studying the detection methods and consulting relevant industry data,it is concluded that the main factors affecting the freezing capacity of air-cooled refrigerators are the selection of freezing load location,the average thickness of freezing load package and the defrosting time during the cooling process of freezing load.According to these main factors,the corresponding improvement measures and schemes are put forward.At the same time,a representative air-cooled refrigerator is selected for testing to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of improving the freezing capacity.
