摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是指心脏无法满足供血需求,出现进行性泵衰竭。多认为气虚为慢性心力衰竭的主要病机,《黄帝内经》提出“肺朝百脉,主治节”,主气司呼吸,主通调水道。王振涛教授根据多年的临床经验结合中医理论认为其主要病机是“宗气下陷”,治疗上以“益气升陷”之法贯穿始终。Chronic heart failure(CHF)refers to progressive pump failure due to the inability of the heart to meet the blood supply requirements.The number of patients with chronic heart failure is increasing year by year,which seriously affects people’s quality of life.In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,deficiency of qi is the main pathogenesis of chronic heart failure.The Huangdi Neijing proposes“the lungs are in the direction of a hundred meridians,and the knots are mainly treated”.Qi is responsible for breathing and regulating waterways.Based on years of clinical experience combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory,Professor Wang Zhentao believes that the main pathogenesis is“descending of pectoral qi”,and the method of“therapy of invigorating and ascending qi”is used throughout the treatment.
