针刺选穴与吞咽障碍相关肌肉的探讨与研究

摘　　要：吞咽障碍是脑卒中后常见并发症,其吞咽困难、声音嘶哑、饮水呛噎等症多与舌骨上肌群、舌肌、咽缩肌、环咽肌、环甲肌等无力或动作不协调相关。为此,本文从针刺穴位与吞咽障碍相关肌肉的联系进行研究,阐述十二经别之“六合”、十二正经的循行路线与“唇、舌、咽、喉”部的关系,并分析吞咽相关肌肉于不同时期的效应,总结口腔期与咽期吞咽肌群的协调运动模式,梳理临床选穴特点与其口腔期和咽期功能肌肉的联系,为临床深入研究与应用提供参考。Dysphagia is a common complication after stroke.Dysphagia,hoarseness and choke when drinking are often related to weakness or incoordination of the suprahyoid,lingual,pharyngeal,cricopharyngeal,and cricothyroid muscles.This research studied the relationship between acupuncture points and muscles associated with swallowing disorders to elaborate the relationship between‘Liuhe(six groups)’of the twelve divergent meridians,transmission route of the twelve main meridians and the‘lip,tongue,pharynx and larynx’.It analyzed the effects of swallowing-related muscles in different periods,summarized the coordinated movement patterns of swallowing muscles in the oral and pharyngeal phases,and sorted out the connection between the clinical characteristics of selected points and the functional muscles in the oral and pharyngeal phases,so as to provide reference for in-depth clinical research and application.
