摘  要:调节乳酸菌等优势有益菌属,及时有效的治疗细菌性阴道病(BV),保持阴道微生态环境的平衡状态可有效治疗HR-HPV的持续感染,预防宫颈癌及癌前病变。本文主要论述通过中药内治法、外治法、内外联合治法,以扶正、祛湿、解毒为治则,调节阴道微生态环境,改善宫颈局部免疫功能,调控细胞周期,提高HR-HPV持续感染的转阴率,降低复发率,从而预防宫颈病变的研究进展。Regulating the dominant beneficial bacteria, such as lactic acid bacteria, timely and effective treatment of bacterial vaginosis(BV) will maintain the balance of vaginal microecological environment and will have a great significance for infection of HR-HPV, as well as for prevention of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. This study mainly discussed the research progress of TCM in terms of regulating vaginal microecological environment, improving local cervical immune function, regulating cell cycle, improving negative rate of HR-HPV persistent infection, reducing recurrence and preventing development of cervical lesions, by introducing internal therapies, external therapies, and combination of internal and external therapies in TCM based on the treatment principle of supporting vital-Qi, resolving dampness and dispelling toxins.
