摘　　要：疼痛是一种主观的、不愉快的感觉与情感体验。个体对疼痛刺激或疼痛状态的反应存在明显差异,也称为疼痛的易感与非易感。疼痛的个体差异受遗传、环境等多种因素的影响,机制复杂。本文梳理了疼痛个体差异或疼痛易感与非易感的相关概念,系统综述了疼痛个体差异的影响因素及其外周与中枢机制,提出了疼痛个体差异研究领域内存在的重要问题与挑战,并对其未来的发展方向进行了讨论与展望,以期为疼痛的基础研究与临床治疗提供新的思路。Pain is defined as an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience.The experience of pain is characterized by tremendous inter-individual variability,a common phenomenon termed susceptibility and resilience to pain.Multiple factors,such as genetic,psychosocial,and environmental variables,contribute to the inter-individual difference in pain perception.The current paper briefly goes over concepts relative to the inter-individual differences in pain,systematically reviews currently-known contributors and possible mechanisms underlying susceptibility and resilience to pain,and proposes future challenges and research directions,hopefully introducing novel research strategies and opening up new avenues for future pain treatment.
