面向“体检—更新”的社区生活圈规划方法与实践

摘　　要：社区生活圈层面的体检与更新结合将带动城市基本人居单元的精准优化,推进城市人居品质的提升,增强人民群众的获得感与幸福感。文章以“城市人”理论为指导,提出以“人居特征识别—社区生活圈基础划定—典型社区生活圈选取—社区生活圈体检评估—社区生活圈更新优化”为核心步骤的“体检—更新”联动的社区生活圈规划方法,并以武汉市为例,选取4个典型社区生活圈展开实践探讨,在体检层面,开展基于物性匹配的空间接触机会评估、基于理性优化的空间承载系统评估;在更新层面,提出重点提升方向与规划意向,基于自存与共存平衡确定重点项目库,并提出围绕人的典型属性、社区治理模式的规划实施保障手段,为我国社区生活圈更新规划提供借鉴。The combined applicationof physical examination and regeneration at community life circle level may promote the optimization of basic urban life units,improve urban life quality,and strengthen people’s sense of contentment and happiness.Guided by the “Homo-urbanicus” theory,the paper establishes a five-step community circle planning approach:environmental character recognition,life circle foundation specification,typical life circle selection,physical examination and evaluation,regeneration and optimization.The approach is practiced in four typical community life circles in Wuhan.At the physical examination level,the spatial contact opportunity assessment based on physical matching and the spatial carrying system assessment based on rational optimization are carried out.At the level of renewal,the direction and intention of planning is proposed.Based on the balance of self-existence and coexistence,the library of key projects and human oriented planning insurance measures are specified.
