摘 要:为研究热镀锌外板冲压亮点的形成机理,对热镀锌外板冲压亮点缺陷表面、基板、截面及组织进行全面分析,结果表明:冲压亮点缺陷产生的原因为热镀锌基板在退火炉内划伤,镀锌后划伤处易黏附锌灰形成麻点缺陷,在麻点缺陷处基板轻微突出,冲压打磨后表现为亮点缺陷。通过检修更换炉辊、优化锌灰关键工艺控制点、合理制定生产计划等措施使冲压亮点缺陷得到有效解决。This paper mainly studies the formation mechanism of hot-dip galvanized outer sheet stamping bright spots and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the surface, substrate, cross-section and structure of hot-dip galvanized outer sheet punching bright spots. The results show that the stamping bright spot defects are caused by scratches on the hot-dip galvanized substrate in the annealing furnace, and zinc adheres to the scratches after galvanization. The ash forms pitting defects, and the substrate at the pitting defects slightly protrudes and appears as a bright spot defect after the process of punching and grinding. By overhauling and replacing furnace rollers, optimizing key process control points of zinc ash, and rationally arranging production plans, the defects of stamping bright spots have been effectively solved.
