摘 要:为提高新疆南疆棉花仓储管理能力,解决新疆南疆棉花仓库信息化程度不高,棉花仓储数据采集设备无法统一等问题,本研究基于物联网设计了新疆南疆棉花仓库智能监控系统。棉花仓库智能监控系统结合棉包存储环境的温湿度研究和棉花纤维研究等,采用感知层、网络层、应用层三层结构设计。其中感知层为由各类环境检测传感器以及监控装置等传感器设备组成的数据采集单元;网络层采用ESP8266或GPRS作为网络层硬件传输设备,并在整个数据中转过程中采用MQTT通信协议;应用层服务器作为整个信息展示平台的后端,电脑网页或手机App可以登录此服务器查看数据。本设计方案将目前新兴的物联网技术与棉花存储特性相结合设计出基于物联网的南疆棉花仓库智能监控系统。基于物联网的南疆棉花仓库智能监控系统在新疆南疆阿克苏地区棉花仓库实地实验。结果表明,系统运行稳定,检测数据具有就较好的鲁棒性,能满足新疆南疆地区棉花仓储智能化要求。To achieve more real-time and accurate information of the cotton warehouses in the south of the Xinjiang province,a monitor system is designed and implemented the intelligent monitoring system of cotton warehouse in southern Xinjiang based on the Internet of Things.The intelligent monitoring system of cotton warehouse in southern Xinjiang based on the Internet of Things combines the temperature and humidity research of cotton bag storage environment and the research of cotton fiber,and adopts the three-layer structure design of perception layer,network layer and application layer.The sensing layer is a data acquisition unit com-posed of various environmental detection sensors and monitoring devices.ESP8266 or GPRS are adopted to the network layer as the network layer hardware transmission device,and the MQTT communication protocol is adopted during the whole data transfer pro-cess.The application layer server is the back end of the whole information display platform,and the computer web page or mobile App can log in to this server to view the data.This design scheme combines the current emerging Internet of Things technology and cotton storage characteristics to design the intelligent monitoring system of cotton warehouse in southern Xinjiang based on the Inter-net of Things.In the cotton warehouse in Aksu area,southern Xinjiang,we conducted field experiments on the intelligent monitoring system for cotton warehouses in southern Xinjiang based on the Internet of Things.The results show that the system runs stably,and the detection data has good robustness,which meets the requirements of cotton warehouse intelligence in southern Xinjiang.
