摘　　要：本文依据相关要求,全面分析医院安全保卫工作及医患关系处置等现状,提出一套符合医院保卫工作及医患矛盾处置需求的数字一键式紧急报警系统。在紧急情况下,医护人员可以实现一键报警,安保直通接听,报警自动记录语音通话过程,为医院保卫公安机关后续处置提供必要依据,提升医院常见涉医警情应急处置水平,为医院以现有的网络和强电布线条件下全面满足省公安厅、省卫健委关于医疗机构安全治安保卫工作的规定要求提供一种更为合理和经济,无须大规模线路改造的经济实用的解决方案。Based on the relevant requirements,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of hospital security work and doctor-patient relationship disposal.A digital one-click emergency alarm system is proposed to meet the needs of hospital security work and doctor-patient conflict resolution.In emergency situations,medical staff can realize one-click alarm,direct answer by security,and automatically record the voice call process.The system can provide the necessary basis for the subsequent disposal of the public security organs of the hospital and improves the emergency disposal level of common medical-related police situations in the hospital.It provides a more reasonable,economical and practical solution for the hospital to fully meet the requirements of the provincial Public Security Department and provincial Health Commission on the security of medical institutions under the existing network and strong electrical wiring conditions.
