摘  要:甘薯贮藏根中的淀粉主要是叶片中的光合作用产物以蔗糖的形式经过茎转运到贮藏根中合成的,蔗糖转运体在这个过程中发挥重要作用.试验从甘薯栽培种济薯25中克隆了蔗糖转运体IbSUT1基因,开放阅读框长度为1512个核苷酸,编码503个氨基酸;亚细胞定位分析揭示IbSUT1蛋白质定位在细胞质膜上;外源施加氮肥和烯效唑,叶片和茎中的IbSUT1基因呈现不同程度的上调表达,推测IbSUT1基因参与了蔗糖在叶片和茎中的转运.The photosynthetic products in leaves are transported to storage roots of sweetpotato through stems in the form of sucrose to synthesize starch. Sucrose transporters play an important role in this process. In this experiment, the sucrose transporter IbSUT1 gene was cloned from sweetpotato cultivar Jishu 25. The length of open reading frame was 1 512 nucleotides and encoded 503 amino acids. Subcellular localization analysis revealed that IbSUT1 protein was localized on the cytoplasmic membrane. The expression of IbSUT1 gene in leaves and stems was up-regulated with varying degrees under the treatment of nitrogen fertilizer or uniconazole. That IbSUT1 gene may be involved in the transport of sucrose in leaves and stems is speculated.
