摘  要:为探究大气风速对深凹露天矿山爆破排烟时间的影响,采用CFD数值模拟方法构建了深凹露天矿山爆破非稳态数值模型,模拟大气风速为3、6、9、15 m/s和不同爆破位置条件下炮烟扩散场景,研究了不同大气风速对深凹露天采坑内风流场特征和爆破排烟时间的影响。研究结果表明:不同爆破位置下,随着大气风速的增大,露天采坑内的风流分布呈现出单复环流向双复环流结构的转变;当大气风速大于6 m/s后,随着大气风速的增大,爆破炮烟排烟时间下降的幅度逐渐减小,大气风速对排烟时间的影响逐渐降低;不同爆破位置下,随着大气风速的增大,露天采坑爆破炮烟排烟时间均呈现下降趋势,且与大气风速呈现良好的指数函数关系。In order to explore the influence of airflow velocity on the exhaust time of blasting fume in deep open-pit mine, the unsteady numerical model of deep open-pit mine was constructed by using CFD numerical simulation method.The diffusion process of blasting fume were simulated under the conditions of airflow velocity of 3 m/s, 6 m/s, 9 m/s, 15 m/s and different blasting locations. The influences of airflow velocity on the characteristics of airflow and the exhaust time of blasting fume were investigated. The results show that the airflow structure in the open-pit mine are changed from single recombination circulations to double recombination circulations as the airflow velocity increases under different blasting locations;when the airflow velocity is greater than 6 m/s, the declining range of exhaust time gradually decreases with the increase of airflow velocity, and the influence of airflow velocity on exhaust time gradually decreases;the exhaust time of blasting fume in open-pit mine decreases gradually as the airflow velocity increases and the exhaust time of blasting fume followed exponential function with the airflow velocity under different blasting locations.
