世居高原男子竞走运动员部分血液生化指标参考范围的建立及年龄分布特征

摘　　要：目的:建立世居高原男子竞走运动员部分血液生化指标参考范围,并分析年龄分布特征,为世居高原竞走运动员的训练监控和青少年选材等提供参考。方法:2011年1月1日~2020年12月31日,对103名云南省世居高原男子竞走运动员进行412人次(每人4次)的血液生化指标测试,并建立部分指标的参考范围;根据实足年龄将运动员划分为3个年龄段:A组为年龄16岁及以下;B组为17岁和18岁;C组为19岁及以上,比较三个年龄段运动员血液生化指标的差异。结果:(1)世居高原男子竞走运动员的睾酮(Testo)(332.0~866.4 vs.273.8~842.4 ng/dl)、皮质醇(Cort)(11.8~25.2 vs.7.6~20.8μg/ml)、红细胞(RBC)(4.5~5.9 vs.4.2~5.6×10^(12)/L)和血红蛋白(Hgb)(135.8~174.4 vs.132~167 g/L)参考范围高于文献报道的男子运动员参考范围,而血尿素氮(BUN)(3.5~9.0 vs.4.0~9.1 mmol/L)和白细胞(WBC)(3.7~8.5 vs.4.1~9.0×10^(9)/L)的参考范围低于文献报道的男子运动员参考范围。(2)世居高原男子竞走运动员的肌酸激酶(CK)(110.0~951.0 vs.38~174 U/L)、BUN(3.5~9.0 vs.3.2~7.1 mmol/L)、Cort(11.8~25.2 vs.5.1~22.8μg/ml)、RBC(4.5~5.9 vs.4.0~5.5×10^(12)/L)和Hgb(135.8~174.4 vs.120~160 g/L)参考范围高于男性临床参考范围,而血清铁蛋白(SF)(8.3~146.9 vs.15~200 ng/ml)和WBC(3.7~8.5 vs.4.0~10.0×10^(9)/L)参考范围低于男性临床参考范围。(3)A组与B组的CK、Testo、SF、WBC、Hgb和红细胞压积(Hct)存在显著的统计学差异;A组与C组的Testo、Cort、SF、WBC、Hgb和Hct存在显著的统计学差异;B组与C组的SF和Hgb存在显著的统计学差异。结论:世居高原男子竞走运动员的Cort、RBC和Hgb参考范围高于男子运动员参考范围和男性临床参考范围,WBC参考范围低于男子运动员参考范围和男性临床参考范围,且SF和Hgb等指标存在显著的年龄组间差异。Objective To establish the reference range of some blood biochemical indexes of male race walkers living on the plateau of different ages,so as to provide a reference for training monitor⁃ing and youth talents selecting of race walkers.Methods Between 2011 and 2020,103 native male race walkers living in the plateau of Yunnan Province were collected their blood biochemical indexes four times,and the reference ranges of such indexes were established.Among all athletes,those no older than 16 years were selected into Group A,those no younger than 19 were chosen into group C,and the rest were selected into group B.The blood biochemical indexes were compared among the three age groups.Results(1)The reference ranges of testosterone(Testo)(332.0~866.4 vs.273.8~842.4 ng/dL),cortisol(Cort)(11.8~25.2 vs.7.6~20.8μg/ml),red blood cell(RBC)(4.5~5.9 vs.4.2~5.6×10^(12)/L)and hemoglobin(Hgb)(135.8~174.4 vs.132~167 g/L)of male race walkers living on the plateau were significantly higher than those reported in the literature,while those of blood urea nitrogen(BUN)(3.5~9.0 vs.4.0~9.1 mmol/L)and white blood cell(WBC)(3.7~8.5 vs.4.1~9.0×10^(9)/L)were significant⁃ly lower than those reported in the literature.(2)The reference ranges of creatine kinase(CK)(110.0~951.0 vs.38~174 U/L),BUN(3.5~9.0 vs.3.2~7.1 mmol/L),Cort(11.8~25.2 vs.5.1~22.8μg/ml),RBC(4.5~5.9 vs.4.0~5.5×10^(12)/L)and Hgb(135.8~174.4 vs.120~160 g/L)of high-altitude male race walk⁃ers were significantly higher than the clinical reference ranges for men,while those of the serum ferri⁃tin(SF)(8.3~146.9 vs.15~200 ng/ml)and WBC(3.7~8.5 vs.4.0~10.0×10^(9)/L)were significantly lower than the clinical reference ranges.(3)There were significant differences in the average CK,Testo,SF,WBC,Hgb and hematocrit(Hct)values between group A and B.Moreover,significant differences were found between group A and group C in the average Testo,Cort,SF,WBC,Hgb and Hct lev⁃els.Meanwhile,significant differences were observed in the average SF and Hgb levels between group B and C.Conc
