摘 要:针对轨道车辆内传统的220 V交流电源效率低、安全性差,输出不稳定等问题,设计并开发一款由控制芯片EG3525和EG8010控制的轨道车辆DC110 V/AC220 V逆变电源。该文采用推挽拓扑和全桥逆变拓扑结合的两级式逆变拓扑结构,通过STC12C5A60S2微处理器控制BUCK电路实现电源的宽范围输入设计,并且以Keil4为软件开发平台,完成了降压稳压电路的软件开发。最后制作出电源样机,对电源样机进行测试,最终所得测试结果表明,所设计开发的电源基本达到设计要求。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,poor safety and unstable output of the traditional 220 V AC power supply in rail vehicles,a DC110 V/AC220 V inverter power supply of rail vehicles controlled by control chips EG3525 and EG8010 is designed and developed.In this thesis,a two-stage inverter topology combining push-pull topology and full-bridge inverter topology is adopted.The wide range input design of the power supply is realized by controlling the BUCK circuit with STC12C5A60S2 microprocessor,and the step-down and voltage regulator circuit software development is completed with Keil4 as the software development platform.Finally,the power supply prototype is made,the test environment is built,and the power supply prototype is tested.The final test results show that the power supply designed and developed basically meets the design requirements.
