摘 要:针对静脉输液人工监测效率低,具有一定的失误率,占用人工资源等问题,提出一种基于NB-IoT窄带物联网的智能点滴监测系统。对系统的框架结构进行了总体设计,并对系统相关软硬件模块进行了介绍,硬件设计方面主要包括STM32主控芯片、液位采集模块、有人云无线通信模块以及电源模块等;软件方面主要包括有人云通信模块和小程序客户端模块等。对系统实测结果表明:基于窄带物联网智能点滴监测系统能够稳定的对输液过程进行在线监测及报警,并通过物联网模块将数据发送到服务器供护士站端及手机端查询,减小了点滴监测人力成本,提高了点滴输液的安全性和可靠性。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of manual monitoring and control of intravenous infusion,certain error rate and occupation of human resources,an intelligent drip monitoring system based on NB-IoT narrowband Internet of things is proposed.The overall framework of the system is designed,and the relevant software and hardware modules of the system are introduced.The hardware design mainly includes STM32 main control chip,liquid level acquisition module,manned cloud wireless communication module and power supply module.Software mainly includes cloud communication module and applet client module.The measured results of the system show that the intelligent drip monitoring system based on narrowband Internet of things can stably monitor and alarm the infusion process on-line,and send the data to the server through the Internet of things module for query at the nurse station and mobile phone,which reduces the labor cost of drip monitoring and improves the safety and reliability of drip infusion.
