摘　　要：测试是筛选试验中检验电源模块性能的核心手段,是检验在经过各种试验项目后电源模块电气性能是否完好的唯一方法。本文基于I9000系统,开发MORNSUN系列DC-DC电源模块专用测试夹具,利用软件编写测试程序,调用系统的硬件资源,解决目前MORNSUN系列DC-DC电源模块的测试需求问题。Test is the core means to check the performance of the power module in screening test,and is the only way to check whether the electrical performance of the power module is intact after various test items.Based on I9000 system,this paper develops MORNSUN DC-DC power module special test fixture,uses software to write test program,calls the hardware resources of the system,and solves the current MORNSUN DC-DC power module test requirements.
