摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展进步,PLC及其控制技术在粮食的加工中逐渐得到推广和应用,大大提高了粮食加工企业的自动化程度。毛麦清理是小麦制粉工艺的重要环节,在小麦制粉过程中起着关键的作用。基于此,本文以PLC为控制核心,设计出小麦制粉毛麦清理生产过程的自动控制系统,并通过上位机监控画面,使其生产线各个流程以及现场情况的反应更加清晰、直观,操作更加方便。With the development and progress of science and technology,PLC and its control technology in food processing gradually get promotion and application,greatly improve the degree of automation of food processing enterprises.Wool wheat cleaning is an important part of wheat milling process and plays a key role in wheat milling process.Based on this,this paper uses PLC as the control core to design the automatic control system of wheat milling wool wheat cleaning production process,and through the monitoring picture of the upper computer,make the reaction of each process of the production line and the scene more clear,intuitive,and more convenient operation.
