摘 要:以稻草中纤维素纤维(Straw cellulose fiber, SCF)为原料,进行漂白、阳离子化处理,使其对阴离子物质的吸附性能增加,从而制备一种吸附剂用于去除水溶液中诱惑红(Allura red, AR)染料。扫描电镜图表明,阳离子化稻草纤维素纤维(Cationized straw cellulose fiber, CSCF)的表面明显不同于SCF,呈圆条状且出现较明显的褶皱结构,表面积显著增加;能谱分析表明,SCF不含氮元素,CSCF中氮元素含量为4.19%,证明季铵阳离子成功接枝到纤维上。由CSCF对AR的单因素吸附研究得到最佳吸附条件:pH为2,温度为30℃,CSCF用量为0.5 g/L,接触时间为180 min。CSCF对AR染料的最大吸附容量可达119.06 mg/g,最大去除率可达99%以上,说明CSCF对诱惑红具有很强的吸附能力,且吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir吸附等温线模型。综上证明CSCF是一种优良的生物质吸附剂。Taking the straw cellulose fiber(SCF) as raw material, bleaching and cationic treatment were carried out to increase its adsorption capacity for anionic substances, so as to prepare an adsorbent for removing allura red(AR) dye from aqueous solution. The SEM results showed that the surface of Cationized straw cellulose fiber(CSCF) was significantly different from SCF, with rounded strips and more obvious fold structures which increased the surface area;the EDS analysis showed that SCF did not contain nitrogen element, but the nitrogen content in CSCF was 4.19%, which proved that the quaternary ammonium cations were successfully grafted onto the fibers. According to single-factor experiments, the optimal adsorption conditions of AR were as follows: pH of 2, temperature was 30 ℃, CSCF dosage was 0.5 g/L, and the contact time was 180 min. The maximum adsorption capacity of CSCF for AR was 119.06 mg/g, and the maximum removal rate was more than 99%, which showed that CSCF had a good adsorption effect on AR. The adsorption process can be described by the pseudo-second-order kinetics model and the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. In summary, CSCF was proved to be an excellent biomass adsorbent.
