摘  要:为获得贴近真实的大跨径钢桥重交通荷载图式,建立重型子午线轮胎10.00R20的三维有限元模型,对3种荷位下不同轴载仿真轮胎作用于钢桥面的接地形状、接地面积和压力分布进行分析。结果表明,仿真轮胎充气变形以及作用于路面的接地面积和压力结果与实测结果相近,验证了有限元方法建立的复合材料轮胎模型的可靠性;重载轮胎作用于钢桥面的接地面积与作用于路面时相近,但平均接地压力更大,压力分布具有不容忽视的不均匀性;最后,提出了钢桥面双轮矩形均布重交通荷载图式,并给出不均匀系数以表征其最不利响应。In order to obtain a realistic heavy traffic load diagram of long-span steel bridge, a three-dimensional finite element model of heavy radial tire 10.00 R20 was established. The grounding shape, grounding area and pressure distribution of simulated tire under different axle loads on steel bridge surface under three load positions were analyzed. The results showed that the simulated tire inflation deformation, the ground area and pressure acting on the road surface were close to the measured results, which verified the reliability of the composite tire model established by the finite element method. The ground area of heavy-duty tire acting on steel bridge deck was similar to that of road surface, but the average ground pressure was higher, and the non-uniformity of pressure distribution can’t be ignored. Finally, the diagram of double-wheel rectangular uniform traffic load on steel deck was proposed and the non-uniform coefficient was given to characterize the most unfavorable response.
