摘  要:为精确表征乳化沥青粒度大小及其分布特征,研究粒度与早期强度的相关性,该研究基于激光粒度仪的测试结果,分析剪切时间、皂液pH、稳定剂掺量、乳化剂和乳化设备对粒度的影响;基于黏聚力试验结果,评价乳化沥青粒度与混合料早期强度的相关性。结果表明,平均粒径D50和粗端粒径D90对粒度演化表征结果基本一致,且单波峰分布形态优于双波峰和无波峰类;随剪切时间的延长,粒度呈现先减小后增大的趋势;皂液pH小于2.0时对粒度影响较小;稳定剂掺量大于0.3%时会改变乳化沥青胶团离子双电层的电势特征;乳化剂的乳化能力对粒径的影响程度大于乳化剂用量;乳化设备影响程度依赖于乳化剂的乳化能力;与存储稳定性相比,粒度与混合料早期强度相关性更好,相关系数为0.96。这是因为粒径越小,乳液体系中沥青颗粒的比表面积越大,破乳后沥青更容易在乳化剂电荷作用下聚结而形成强度。In order to accurately characterize the particle size and distribution characteristics of emulsified asphalt, the correlation between particle size and early strength was studied. Based on the test results of the laser particle size analyzer, the effects of shear time, soap pH, stabilizer content, emulsifier, and emulsification equipment on the particle size were analyzed. Based on the results of the cohesive force test, the correlation between the particle size of emulsified asphalt and the early stage of the mixture were evaluated. The results showed that: the average particle size D50 and the thick end particle size D90 had basically the same characterization results for the particle size evolution, and the single peak distribution was better than the double peak and no peaks. With the extension of the shear time, the particle size first decreased and then increased. When the soap pH value was less than 2.0, the particle size was less affected. When the stabilizer content was greater than 0.3%, it would change the electric potential characteristics of the emulsified asphalt micelle ion double layer. The emulsifying ability of the emulsifier had a greater impact on the particle size than the amount of emulsifier. The degree of influence of the emulsification equipment depended on the emulsifying ability of the emulsifier. Compared with the storage stability, the particle size had a better correlation with the early strength of the mixture, and the correlation coefficient was 0.96. This was because the smaller the particle size, the larger the specific surface area of the asphalt particles in the emulsion system. After demulsification, the asphalt was more likely to coalesce under the charge of the emulsifier to form strength.
