摘  要:为充分发挥蚕豆的观赏功能,科学鉴定蚕豆花色,本试验以69份蚕豆种质为材料,利用CIELab色差仪对蚕豆旗瓣花色的表型值(明度L^(*)、红度a^(*)、黄度b^(*))进行了测定。结果表明,根据聚类分析,可将69份蚕豆资源花色分为粉紫色系、红-浅紫色系、灰色系、粉色系、红-暗紫色系、普通花色系6类,对各色系表型值的分布范围进行分析,发现各色系的特征较为明显,可以较好的根据L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*)值进行划分。相关分析表明,L^(*)与a^(*)、C^(*)(彩度)均表现出负相关,说明明度随着彩度、红度的增加而降低,而且不同色系的明度值与彩度值之间的关系不同,可明显划分为2个类群。上述结果为基于花色表型进行蚕豆种质分类与鉴定提供了参考。For achieving full ornamental features and accurately defining the different flower color phenotype of faba bean, CIELab colorimeter was used to measure phenotypic value of flower colors of 69 germplasm.The results showed that 69 germplasm were divided into six groups(pink purple, red-pale purple, grey, pink, red-dull purple and common color) by cluster analysis.By analyzing the distribution range of flower color parameters in each distinct group, it is found that the characteristics of each group are obvious, which can be easily divided based on the values of L,a,b.Correlation analysis indicated that lightness(L) was negatively correlated with redness(a) and chroma(C),which showed that the lightness decreases as the increase of chromaticity and redness, and the relationship between lightness and chroma of different groups is different, which can be obviously divided into two groups.The research fill the gap in the study of flower color phenotype of faba bean and provide a basis for the classification of faba bean flower color.
