摘 要:针对贵州省罗甸县某高磷高铁锰矿石难选冶的问题,通过不同选矿工艺对比研究,得出如下结论:①锰矿石中主要矿物组成为软锰矿,其次为磷灰石、褐铁矿等,属于高磷高铁难选冶锰矿石;②湿式强磁选、高梯度磁选以及重选工艺选冶效果较差,无法较好的将磷从矿石中脱除;③在细粒级矿石中,磷与铁共生,呈细分散的形式赋存于纳米赤铁矿的集合体和纳米草莓状针铁矿的集合体内部;④推荐自磨水洗分级流程为最终试验流程,可获得锰精矿含MnO_(2)为41.95%,回收率为60.70%,原矿脱磷率达94.63%的较好指标,初步判定该矿具有良好的开发利用价值。In view of the difficulty of smelting a high-phosphorus high-speed iron manganese ore in Luodian County,Guizhou Province,this paper draws the following conclusions through the comparative study of different mineral processing processes:①The main mineral composition of manganese ore is soft manganese ore,followed by apatite,limonite,etc.,which belongs to the high-phosphorus high-speed rail difficult smelting manganese ore;②Wet strong magnetic separation,high gradient magnetic separation and heavy separation process have poor metallurgical effects,and the phosphorus cannot be removed from the ore well;③In fine-grained ores,phosphorus and iron symbiosis,in the form of fine dispersion,are endowed in the aggregate of nano-hematite and the collection of nano-strawberry-like needle iron ore;④It is recommended that the self-grinding water washing grading process be the final test process,which can obtain manganese concentrate containing MnO_(2)41.95%,recovery rate of 60.70%,raw ore dephosphorization rate of 94.63%and better indicators,and preliminarily determine that the mine has good development and utilization value.
