摘 要:探索保水剂在盛果期苹果园的应用效果,以期为保水剂在渭北旱塬的选择和规模化应用提供理论基础。选取4种不同类型的保水剂在澄城县盛果期苹果园进行试验,分析4种保水剂对果实品质、果园土壤含水量和新梢生长的影响。结果表明:4种保水剂处理均提高了果实品质,同时也提高了土壤含水量,促进了新梢生长。具体表现为:单果质量提高了13.49%~32.11%,果形指数和可溶性固形物含量分别提高了1.23%~6.17%、3.30%~17.67%,酸度提高了11.11%~35.80%,果实硬度下降4.64%~8.93%,土壤含水量显著提高37.89%,新梢生长长度增长率提高37.21%。综上,保水剂对渭北旱塬果园具有明显的提质保墒效果,同时保水剂对果实单果质量、可溶性固形物等果实品质以及树体的生长均有一定的促进作用,且能够减少果实硬度和有效促进果实膨大。To explore the application effect of Water-retaining Agent in apple orchard through experimental analysis, in order to provide theoretical basis for the selection and large-scale application of Water-retaining Agent in Weibei dry tableland. Four different types of Water-retaining Agents were selected to carry out the experiment in Chengcheng County apple orchard, the effects of four Water-retaining Agent on fruit quality, soil water content and new shoot growth were studied. The result showed that four different types of Water-retaining Agents improved fruit quality and soil water content, and promoted the growth of new shoots. The specific performance were as follows: fruit weight increased by 13.49%-32.11%, fruit type index and soluble solid content increased by 1.23%-6.17% and 3.30%-17.67%, acidity increased by 11.11%-35.80%, fruit hardness decreased by 4.64%-8.93%, and soil water content significantly increased by 37.89%. The growth rate of new shoot length could be increased by 37.21%. The different types of Water-retaining Agents has obvious effect on improving quality and preserving moisture of orchards in Weibei dry tableland.Meanwhile, the Water-retaining Agents has certain promotion effect on fruit quality such as fruit weight, soluble solids and tree growth, and can reduce fruit hardness and effectively promote fruit enlargement.
