摘 要:BIM技术的应用在工程造价方面拥有显著优势,是现下发展的热门方向。对于工程造价咨询单位来说,如果能打通设计和造价咨询之间的数据障碍,将设计阶段的信息有效利用,实现BIM模型的互通,可以大幅度提高工程造价的质量与效率。本文基于BIM设计模型,提出现行可操作的实现方法并对其进行优劣势分析,最后结合某主流软件在实际应用中所出现的问题,提出相应的对策,希望能够激发BIM技术的潜在价值,为今后BIM技术在工程造价方面的应用提供一定参考。The application of BIM technology has significant advantages in project cost,and is a popular direction of current development.For project cost consulting units,if the data barrier between design and cost consulting can be broken,the information in the design stage are effectively used,and the interoperability of BIM models can be realized,it can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of project cost.Based on the BIM design model,this paper proposes the current and operable implementation methods and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.Finally,combined with the problems in the practical application of certain mainstream software,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed,hoping to stimulate the potential value of BIM technology and provide some reference for the future application of BIM technology in project cost.
