中控GCS系统在船舶机舱监测报警系统的应用

摘　　要：GCS系统是浙江中控面向离散行业推出的自动化产品平台,其双网冗余、宽温宽湿、防腐能力、工业3级抗干扰能力以及万点以上的综合监控的性能完美的契合了船舶机舱监测报警系统对综合监控系统的要求。本文介绍了GCS系统在船舶机舱监测报警系统的实际应用,通过机舱实时监控及故障报警功能、报警延伸功能、有人/无人机舱切换功能、轮机员呼叫功能、值班轮机员安全报警功能等实现了自动化智能监控,并为船岸一体化的应用提供全集成化的解决方案。GCS system is an automation product platform launched by Zhejiang Supcon Technology Co.,Ltd.for discrete industries.Its double network redundancy,wide temperature and humidity,anti-corrosion ability,industrial class 3 anti-interference ability and more than 10,000 points of comprehensive monitoring performance perfectly fit the requirements of the ship engine room monitoring and alarm system to the comprehensive monitoring system.The paper introduces GCS system in practical application of the engine room monitoring alarm system,through the cabin real-time monitoring and fault alarm function,alarm extension function,manned/unattended cabin switch function,engineers call function,the engineer on duty security alarm function realized automation intelligent monitoring.It also provides a complete integrated solution for the application of ship shore integration.
