摘 要:骨碎补作为经典骨伤科要药,具有补肾强骨、续伤止痛之功效。在治疗肾虚腰痛、耳鸣耳聋、牙齿松动、跌扑闪挫、筋骨折伤等方面具有独到的临床疗效。现代药理研究表明骨碎补含有的黄酮类、三萜类、苯丙素类等活性成分具有促进骨损伤修复、延缓椎间盘退变、抗骨质疏松、治疗股骨头坏死等多种防治骨骼系统疾病的药理作用,其机制与调控骨代谢信号通路、细胞因子等高度相关。该文通过查阅近年来关于骨碎补活性成分防治骨质疏松、骨关节炎等骨骼系统疾病的实验进展、临床研究等文献报道,对骨碎补活性成分及其防治骨骼系统疾病的研究进展进行综述,以期对骨碎补后续的实验研究、相关药物研发、临床应用提供相关参考。Gusuibu(Drynariae Rhizoma),as a classic orthopedic medicine,has the effects of invigorating the kidney and strengthening the bones,continuing injury and relieving pain.It has unique clinical effects in the treatment of kidney deficiency,low back pain,tinnitus and deafness,loose teeth,flickering and frustration,and tendon fracture injuries.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Gusuibu(Drynariae Rhizoma)contains flavonoids,triterpenes,phenylpropanoids and other active ingredients that can promote bone damage repair,delay intervertebral disc degeneration,resist osteoporosis,treat femoral head necrosis,and other skeletal system diseases.Its pharmacological effects are highly related to the regulation of bone metabolism signaling pathways and cytokines.In this paper,by reviewing recent literature reports on the experimental progress and clinical research of Gusuibu(Drynariae Rhizoma)active ingredients in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,osteoarthritis and other skeletal system diseases,the research on the active ingredients of Gusuibu(Drynariae Rhizoma)and its effects in the prevention and treatment of skeletal system diseases.The progress is reviewed in order to provide relevant reference for the follow-up experimental research,related drug development,and clinical application of Gusuibu(Drynariae Rhizoma).
