摘  要:吕仁和教授是国医大师、首都国医名师,其学术传承团队核心成员包括赵进喜教授、王世东教授等,具有明确的中心学术思想,在糖尿病诊治方面积累了丰富的经验。该文基于既往数据挖掘及临床验案总结,以鬼箭羽-牛蒡子、蝉蜕-僵蚕、牡蛎-海藻、水蛭-土鳖虫4对代表药对为例,对团队治疗糖尿病肾脏病的学术思想及用药配伍特色进行阐述,从中浅窥治疗该病的处方用药思路及特点,以期为中医药治疗糖尿病肾脏病提供新思路。Professor LYU Renhe is a master of traditional Chinese medicine and a famous master of traditional Chinese medicine in the capital.The core members of his academic inheritance team include Professor ZHAO Jinxi and Professor WANG Shidong.He has clear central academic ideas and has accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.This article is based on previous data mining and clinical trial summary,taking the four representative drug pairs of Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi Alati)-Niubangzi(Arctii Fructus),Chantui(Cicadae Periostracum)-Jiangcan(Bombyx Batryticatus),Muli(Ostreae Concha)-Haizao(Sargassum),Shuizhi(Hirudo)-Tubiechong(Eupolyphaga Steleophaga)as examples,the academic thinking and the treatment of diabetic kidney disease by our team.The characteristics of medication compatibility are explained,and the prescription medication ideas and characteristics for the treatment of this disease will be glimpsed from it,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of diabetic kidney disease by Chinese medicine.
