摘  要:桂枝芍药知母汤和肾气丸都是《金匮要略》中所记载的经方。桂枝芍药知母汤有祛风散寒、温经通阳、滋阴清热之功,用于治疗风湿化热历节,疗效显著,千百年来为人所熟知。肾气丸功能温肾助阳、化气行水,常用于治疗肾阳虚证,是《金匮要略》中治疗病种最多的方剂,但用于治疗痹证,却很少有人提及。该文以中医经典原文为理论依据,通过分析《金匮要略》中桂枝芍药知母汤和肾气丸两方证的原文,抓住条文中辨证要点,剖析方剂组方特点,并结合临床实际应用的具体病例,探讨经方桂枝芍药知母汤合肾气丸治疗痹证的应用体会。Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction(桂枝芍药知母汤)and Shenqi Pill(肾气丸)are the classical prescriptions recorded in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction has the function of dispelling wind-cold,warming channel and tonifying Yang,nourishing Yin and clearing heat.It has been well known for its remarkable curative effect in the treatment of wind-damp Lijie in thousands of years.Shenqi Pill has the function of warming the kidney and tonifying Yang,transforming Qi and moving water.It is often used in the treatment of kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome,and is the most common prescription in the treatment of diseases in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.But Shenqi Pill was rarely used to treat the Bi syndrome.Based on the original texts in the classics of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper analyzed the key points of syndrome differentiation,analyzed the characteristics of prescription composition,and discussed the application experiences of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with Shenqi Pill in the treatment of Bi syndrome.
