摘  要:本文结合350MW超临界CFB锅炉吹管实例,详细分析吹管过程并总结控制经验。CFB锅炉前期吹管可与烘炉工作相结合;综合考虑机组制水量、临时管道材质及运行操作等因素推荐采取降压吹管工艺。对吹管阶段具体的燃烧控制、给水控制及其注意事项进行技术探讨,有利于保证锅炉吹管工作的安全顺利进行,并对同类型锅炉运行调整有一定的借鉴意义。Combining with the example of blowing pipe in 350 MW supercritical CFB boiler,this paper detailedly analyzed the blowing tube process and summarized control experience.The early blowing tube of CFB boiler can be combined with the oven work.It is recommended to take the pressure-reducing blowing tube process considering the factors such as the production water capacity produced by the unit,temporary pipe material and operational reliability.Combustion control,feed water control and matters needing attention at the blowing stage are discussed.It is conducive to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the boiler blowing tube,and has certain reference significance to the operation adjustment of the same type of boiler.
