摘  要:针对目前常压储罐壁板在使用过程中由于外界应力等影响存在变形问题,主要介绍3种检测方法:利用储罐铅坠和标尺进行储罐壁板垂直度和不圆度检查,粗略得出储罐的变形程度;利用全站仪进行定点测距,参照标准进行数据点收集,经过计算粗略得出储罐垂直度和不圆度;利用3D激光扫描检测仪对储罐罐壁进行检测,得到三维点云数据的罐壁结构,分析罐壁的变形。综合上述检测方法,每种检测方法都有自身的局限和优势,建议根据现场实际进行选择。In view of the deformation problem of the shell plate of atmospheric storage tank due to the influence of external stress,three detection methods are mainly introduced:the verticality and out of roundness of the shell plate of storage tank are checked by using the plumb and ruler of storage tank,and the deformation degree of storage tank is roughly obtained;the total station is used for fixed-point ranging,the data points are collected according to the standard,and the verticality and out of roundness of the storage tank are roughly obtained through calculation;the 3D laser scanning detector detects the tank shell,obtains the tank shell structure of 3D point cloud data,and analyzes the deformation of the tank shell.Based on the above detection methods,each detection method has its own limitations and advantages,which should be selected according to the actual situation.
