大数据时代图书馆读者信息保护的路径探析

摘　　要：大数据的特点是容积大、可变性、速度快和可预测性。大数据技术被广泛运用在图书馆个人信息服务中,通过掌握读者的阅读偏好、行为习惯等个人信息,是以精准信息推送为基础的服务,是充分满足读者需求的个性化信息服务。大数据的广泛使用离不开读者个人信息的收集、存储、挖掘和传输,每个环节都包括对读者个人信息的未经授权的访问和收集载体的泄露。在“互联网+”技术日益普及的大数据环境下,读者个人信息泄露的风险逐渐增大,在大数据时代,必须谨慎保护读者的个人信息。文章首先阐述了当前图书馆读者隐私政策和法规,分析了大数据时代图书馆读者隐私保护面临的挑战,在此基础之上提出了大数据时代图书馆读者信息保护的法律路径。Big data is characterized by large volumes,variability,speed,and predictability.Big data technology is widely used in library personal information services.By grasping readers'reading preferences,behavior habits and other personal information,it is a service based on accurate information push,and is a personalized information service that fully meets the needs of readers.The widespread use of big data is inseparable from the collection,storage,mining and transmission of readers'personal information,each of which includes unauthorized access to readers'personal information and the leakage of collection carriers.In the big data environment where"Internet+"technology is increasingly popular,the risk of readers'personal information leakage is gradually increasing.In the era of big data,readers'personal information must be carefully protected.The article first expounds the current library readers'privacy policies and regulations,analyzes the challenges faced by library readers'privacy protection in the era of big data,and on this basis,proposes a legal path for the protection of library readers'information in the era of big data.
